TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SIMPLY ELEGANT COTILLION-BEAUTILLION

 

ABSENTISM

Participants and parents must be committed to attend ALL scheduled meetings, events, activities and rehearsals in order to maximize the benefits of the Simply Elegant experience. Attendance will be taken at every meeting/activity. It will be the responsibility of the participant to sign the attendance sheet.

Participants are permitted to miss up to three (3) activities or events during the program.  Parents are responsible for contacting the Activities Coordinators to see if their child has missed any Simply Elegant activity.  

 

*Pick up from all activities is expected at the time specified on the calendar. If arrangements need to be made please contact the Activities Coordinators as soon as possible. Emergencies should be related at the earliest time possible. 

termination or withdrawal 

The Simply Elegant Cotillion-Beautillion Committee reserves the right to terminate a Debutante or Beau for non-compliance with the guidelines set forth in the Responsibilities and Parent/Participant Commitment Agreement. In addition, termination can occur if the Debutante or Beau has not demonstrated the high moral, Christian character and attitude that is conductive to the success of the Simply Elegant program. The decision to terminate a participant will be made by the Simply Elegant Committee.

The parent or participant may appeal the Simply Elegant Committee's decision to terminate within seven days upon receipt of the Termination Notification email. The Simply Elegant Committee may reconsider the decision and written notification will be forwarded to the parents. This decision by the Simply Elegant Committee, on the reconsideration request, will be final. The parent and/or the participant have/has the option to withdraw from the Simply Elegant Program at any time upon written notification to the Simply Elegant Committee Program Directors. 

Refunds

Should a participant withdrawal or be terminated from the SECB program, the participant fee will be refunded based on the following:

  • On or before Sunday, October 30, 2023: 100%

  • On or after Sunday, December 17, 2023: 0%
