Roxanne Watkins Hall, MSW Temple University, School of Social Work in Social Administration, has practiced social work for over 28 years working in child welfare. Roxanne has a passion in mentoring young people and developing programs to address their educational, spiritual, social and community well-being.

Rochelle Lerin-Marie Hall is an aspiring entrepreneur in her business as an event planner, “Lerin-Marie Event Planning”. Together with their combined talents and passions they created the Simply Elegant Cotillion-Beautillion Program.
